These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "you") and roma43 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operated by a licensed international gaming entity. This Agreement governs your use of the roma43 website, mobile interface, games, and all associated services. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not register an account or use the platform in any capacity.

01 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" — the roma43 website, mobile site, applications, and all related services accessible at roma43.cam and its authorized subdomains.
• "Member" / "User" — any individual who has registered a verified account on the Platform.
• "Account" — the personal, non-transferable account created by a Member upon completing the registration process.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a Member's account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp), comprising deposited funds and any credited bonuses where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits, free-spin equivalents, or cashback amounts credited to an account under the terms of a specific promotion. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements and are distinct from real-money Balance.
• "Wager" — any bet, stake, or game entry placed by a Member using real-money or Bonus Funds on the Platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification, a process by which roma43 confirms the identity and eligibility of a Member before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• "Prohibited Territory" — any jurisdiction where access to online gambling platforms is expressly prohibited by local law applicable to the individual user.
• "IDR" — Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia and the sole transaction currency of the Platform.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on roma43, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. roma43 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
3. You must be accessing the Platform as a private individual for personal, recreational purposes only — not for any commercial, professional, or business purpose.
4. You must be the sole, authorized owner of the payment method(s) you use to deposit and withdraw funds. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
5. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of roma43, or an immediate family member of any such person, in relation to games or markets you have access to through such association.
6. You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform under any Account Termination or self-exclusion provision.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on roma43. The creation of duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Indonesian bank account or e-wallet to be used as your primary withdrawal method. roma43 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. roma43 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must contact roma43 support immediately.

roma43 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on roma43 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). roma43 accepts the following payment methods:

Withdrawal requests are processed by the roma43 finance team between 08:00 and 22:00 WIB (UTC+7) daily, including weekends. Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for processing at the next available session. roma43 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which roma43 accepts no responsibility.

roma43 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where roma43 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal of the deposited amount will be approved.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

roma43 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. In the absence of stated specific terms, the following general rules apply:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 20 times (turnover requirement) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering contributions vary by product: sports wagers typically contribute 100%, live casino 80%, slot gacor (high-payout slot games) 100%, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) 50%. Other game types may contribute 0% — check individual promotion pages for full details.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, payment method, or shared residential address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to roma43 support immediately. roma43 reserves the right to reclaim erroneously credited bonuses at any time.
• roma43 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without notice, provided that ongoing wagering requirements already in progress will be honored for a reasonable period.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including arbitrage betting, low-risk hedging strategies, or systematic exploitation of promotion terms — constitutes prohibited conduct under Clause 7 and may result in account suspension.

06 Betting Rules

All wagers placed on roma43 are final and binding once confirmed by the Platform's system. It is the Member's sole responsibility to verify all wager details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming a bet. roma43 will not void or reverse a confirmed wager based on a Member's claimed error unless a system error on roma43's part is demonstrably proven.

roma43 operates markets across sports betting (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and the UEFA Champions League), live casino, slot gacor titles, togel, sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting wagering), crash games, and e-sports. Each product category is governed by the specific betting rules published within that section of the Platform, which form part of this Agreement.

For mix parlay (accumulator) bets: if one or more selections in an accumulator are voided (e.g., due to a postponed fixture), the accumulator will be recalculated with the remaining selections at the same aggregate stake. roma43's decision on void selections is final.

roma43 reserves the right to void any wager where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the odds offered were the result of a manifest error; (b) the event outcome was known at the time the wager was placed; or (c) irregular betting patterns indicate match manipulation or fraudulent intent.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Using third-party payment methods, accepting deposits from third parties, or processing withdrawals to accounts not registered in your name.
• Any form of collusion with other Members, including coordinating bets to exploit promotional offers or manipulate game outcomes.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, gain unfair information advantages, or interfere with Platform systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in odds pricing to gain an undue advantage. Any winnings resulting from a known system error are void.
• Any attempt to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer the Platform's back-end systems, source code, or data.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to evade reporting obligations, or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Placing wagers on events or markets to which you have privileged, non-public information that would constitute insider knowledge.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, roma43 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

roma43's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In particular, roma43 accepts no liability for:

• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where roma43's systems were not at fault.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures caused by third-party infrastructure, internet service providers, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, governmental action, or pandemic conditions.
• Incorrect information provided by third-party data suppliers (e.g., live score feeds, odds compilers) that may affect the settlement of wagers.
• Any financial loss arising from a Member's decision to wager, including but not limited to losses sustained through problem gambling behavior.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment network (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and others).

Nothing in this Clause limits roma43's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

09 Privacy & Data

roma43 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

roma43 implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and applies strict access controls to Member data internally. Personal data is never sold to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. roma43 may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory bodies where legally required.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting roma43 support. Note that certain data must be retained for regulatory compliance purposes for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, even after a deletion request.

10 Account Termination

roma43 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the Member.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement directive requiring account closure.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, roma43 reserves the right to void all pending wagers and forfeit any remaining Balance, including real-money funds, where the Balance was accumulated through activity that violated this Agreement. Where termination is initiated by roma43 without fault on the Member's part, any real-money Balance will be returned via the Member's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

11 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which roma43's operating entity is licensed and incorporated, as applicable to international online gaming operations. By accepting these Terms, Members acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to local laws and regulations in their country of residence, and that it is the Member's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body, conducted in English. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

12 Amendments

roma43 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Member rights or obligations — roma43 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on the Member's account.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining Balance.

The version date displayed at the top of this page indicates the date on which the most recent revision was published. Members are encouraged to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.
